FELINDRE
A circular walk from Felindre, towards Traethllyfn beach, then back on the coastpath to Porthgain and up through the field to Felindre Cottages.
This shows the circular walk towards Traethllyfn beach and back via Porthgain. I took it one May evening, so apologies for slightly dark pictures.....
From our cottages walk across a field, over a slate style, over a wood style, turn left on to the road for 20 metres, turn right towards Ynys Barry farm.

Down a farm track

Traethllyfn beach

Walking back along the cliffs

Strumble Head in the distance

A causeway that you can walk over if you dare....

The old quarry and disused buildings.

The white beacon marks the entrance to Porthgain harbour

The beacon on the other side.

Nearly at Porthgain.

Porthgain harbour.

The Sloop Inn, time for a quick one!?......

Follow the well worn path up through the field towards Felindre.

Then we are back to where we started! The whole walk takes about 1 to 2 hours depending on how much time you spend just looking, or if you stop off at the Sloop Inn for a well earned drink!
